Zeta Housing Foundation
Zeta Tau Alpha has a Housing Corporation that provides homes and meeting facilities to their chapters.
Our National Housing Corporation:
Is a continued leader in Fraternity housing.
Is the oldest and largest property manager in the Greek community.
Was established in 1977.
Has a net worth of $19 million.
Spent $10 million on housing upgrades, fixed expenses and maintenance during 2002-2004 biennium.
Has 135 member associations.
Owns or manages 119 facilities.
34 members have no facilities.
In August 2004 the Zeta's at UNT are blessed for the campus to give us a house and for our housing foundation to furnish it for us! Every year we are also greatful for our foundation to help us with any repairs or remodling that needs to be done to the house!
